She specializes in selling Bank Owned properties throughout Maryland with a primary focus on Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Cecil County and Harford County. In addition to marketing REO listings, she also performs approximately 150 BPO's per month for several different lenders. Kim is a graduate of the Default School and is certified in REO property management with several national banks. She is a member of the NABPOP (National Association of BPO Professionals). She is also holds a designation from the National Association of Realtors as a SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). She is a member of Harford County's Million Dollar Realtor Association. Kim was mentored and trained by a former President of the Harford County Board of Realtors during her rookie year. She also attends continuing education seminars and real estate conferences to keep up-to-date on current market trends. Kim previously held the position of Operations Manager for a local property preservation company. All these skills have provided the pathway and passion for Kim becoming a Real Estate Professional.
